Project
Counter-Drone Multi-Agent Simulation
Multi-agent human-in-the-loop simulation for counter-drone operations in contested airspace — heterogeneous agent roles coordinated under communication degradation and partial observability. Developed under Blackvolt Technologies.
Problem Statement
How do distributed autonomous agents maintain coherent decision-making when communication degrades and each agent has only partial situational awareness?
System Design
Human command node issues high-level intent to a coordination layer that distributes and synchronises heterogeneous agent roles — interceptor, tracker, command node — with failure handoff logic and intent-sharing protocols under simulated packet loss.
Key Challenges
Maintaining coordination under communication degradation, designing clean role handoffs when agents leave engagement windows, and encoding operational intent in the human-in-the-loop interface.
Results
Active development under Blackvolt Technologies. Multi-agent coordination demonstrated across contested airspace scenarios with simulated communication failure. Defence electronics interest.
